Fluorite promotes spiritual and psychic wholeness and development, truth, protection, and brings peace. I recommend using fluorite as it helps get past that "chatter" stage that our minds tend to go through when first learning to meditate. It's one of the best (in my opinion) calming stones and helps relieve anxiety and stress. The crystal pictured is a purple and green fluorite, both colors bring forth different affects - the purple strengthens mystical insight, psychic awareness, and can open the third eye. While the green is an excellent all purpose healing stone that promotes healing on all levels as well as promoting self-love. Fluorite being highly protective on a psychic level, it helps you to discern when outside influences are at work within yourself and shuts off psychic manipulation and undue mental influence.
