Shipping: Your order will be shipped using whatever carrier chosen at the time. Once your order has been placed please allow up to 1-2 days for processing and 5-14 days for the actual arrival of your purchase in the US. Please allow 2-12 weeks for international orders. All shipping prices include a tracking number (in the US), but does not include insurance. If you would like to include insurance on your order, please email ahead of time and we will have to add insurance separately thru Paypal. Mystic Relics is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. No refunds will be made if your package is lost or stolen via any shipping method utilized. Mystic Relics will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items shipped within the US or internationally, through any shipping method provided. If you would like insurance on your shipments, we would be more than happy to add insurance for an additional cost. Please arrange insurance on shipments, ahead of time as insurance will not be added to the shipment. If insurance on your shipment is requested, Mystic Relics is not responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to recoup all losses - buyer is responsible. For international sales please let us know ahead of time for any additional charges that the shipment may incur through customs etc. Mystic Relics is not responsible to pay for custom charges or VAT, as this is a tax responsibility to be paid to your government. Mystic Relics is also not responsible for any delays caused by any shipping carrier, nor are we responsible for delays in customs.
Refunds & Exchanges: Mystic Relics wants to make sure you're satisfied with your order, if you have any questions or concerns please email - email@example.com and we will get back to you promptly. All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted due to buyers remorse. Please, if you have a problem with your order regarding damages, notify Mystic Relics within 3 business days of receiving your shipment as we will try our best to figure the situation out and we will try our best to determine a resolution. Once the grace period has been passed, the item can be fixed upon request. If an items return is approved, any approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will not include the original shipping costs. Buyer is responsible to pay shipping costs for any approved returns.
